Christmas is (is not) primarily a feast of eating, and keeping a diet is almost impossible. We all look forwards to a Christmas cookies, drinks and all the food that is connected with Christmas.
The amount of heavy meals and sugar causes our body to come out of shape quite quickly.

AVOCADO WITH SMOKED SALMON
Salty low carb breakfast.
⦁ 1 ripe avocado
⦁ juice from half lemon
⦁ 70 grams of smoked salmon
⦁ 40 grams of soft goat cheese
⦁ 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
⦁ sea salt
⦁ Cut the avocado in two and remove the seed
⦁ In a small food processor mix the rest of the ingredients until coarsely chopped.
⦁ Place the resulting cream inside the avocado.
⦁ Serve immediately.
⦁ Cut the avocado in small cubes.
⦁ Cut the salmon in small pieces.
⦁ Mix the two together.
⦁ Add the goat cheese and the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
If you don´t have time in the morning this is a perfect solution for you. You have to prepare it in the evening because chia seeds inflate during the night.
⦁ 1 cup of almond or coconut milk ( 300 ml )
⦁ 1 banana
⦁ 1 spoon of almond butter
⦁ 1 tablespoon of honey or maple sirup
⦁ frozen blueberries or other berries
⦁ 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
Almond butter, banana , milk , honey or maple sirup and blueberries put it in the mixer.
We mix until we have fine and creamy mess
The mixture goes to the bowl and it´s mix with chia seeds
We cover bowl and we put it in the fridge either for night or at least 6 hours.
We serve it with some nuts, fruit or müsli. ( it is up to what you prefer )
⦁ 1/2 avocado
⦁ 1 banana
⦁ 1 cup of cold almond milk ( 300 ml )
⦁ 120g of frozen berries
⦁ 30g of oatmeal
⦁ 2-3 dates
We put all ingredients in the mixer and we mix until the smoothie is creamy.
For the change instead of avocado put 1 full spoon of almond butter and skip berries.
