How to start your day?

The way I start my day is immensely important. If we wake up in a stressful state, then it is most likely that it will be for the whole day. If we start the day healthy and relaxed, it should continue throughout the day.

1. Don’t miss out breakfast

Breakfast should be a fundamental part of your morning routine. It should account for a quarter of your daily energy intake and you should eat the best one within an hour after awakening.

When we wake up in the morning, many of us have not eaten for over 12 hours. This means that our blood sugar and energy levels are low. The body then runs on reserves in the morning and slows down our metabolism.

If you don´t have time in the morning, prepare your breakfast in the evening or take a recipe that is fast and easy to prepare.

2. Have a glass of water (with lemon if possible)

During the night, all the toxins from the previous day have accumulated in your body. If you drink a cup of warm water in the morning, you will help the natural elimination of toxins from your body. In addition, you will support the production of muscle cells and new blood cells.

A glass of water will hydrate your body after all night and will prepare your stomach for your breakfast.

3. Easy morning workout

Morning exercises are ideal for starting a pleasant and energetic day. In addition, thanks to the onset of metabolism, the body can tune into its burning mode and after your morning exercise you will have burnt already considerably. A simple quick 5-minute exercise can help clear our mind, awaken the body and boost blood in our veins.

For example an early morning yoga routine is a guarantee of energy for the whole day, purification of your mind and optimism that you would otherwise find hard to seek.

5. Morning shower

In the morning, taking a shower is a perfect life builder. Enhances your entire day, greatly boosts your brain and improves your mood. Add a lot of stimulating scents to the shower, especially fresh citrus gels and body lotions, which will further strengthen your refreshing.

..and most importantly SMILE ! After you wake up, try to smile for a few second. Put your favorite music on and set up your mind positively. Morning makes a day, if you start your day with a smile most probably your day is going to be positive.
